Cancellation Policy
All clients who do not call to cancel or reschedule an appointment that they will not be keeping will be charged a fee equal to 25% of their scheduled services. A 15 minute grace period will be afforded from the scheduled start of the appointment, after which the fee will be applied. Clients who reschedule or cancel their own appointment online will not be charged this fee.
